Physical preparation with Frédéricke Allard  

Physical preparation training is the organized and hierarchical set of training procedures that focus on the development and use of the physical qualities of the athlete. It must appear at the different levels of the soccer player's training and serve all aspects of soccer practice. The objective is to increase the different capacities of the body: endurance, strength, muscle mass and reinforcement   

Clientele: Competitive girls and boys from U11 to U14

The activity takes place once a week from: January 22 to March 26, 2018  

A follow-up of the progression of the players will be carried out throughout the 9 weeks. (Break during spring break)

Location: Collège Trinité 1475 CH Des Vingt, St-Bruno-de-Montarville, QC J3V 4P6
